Emotional Intelligence an interesting concept that a lot of people are talking about these days.
It has been researched over and over again in search of the answer to the question, “What makes the top 10% of people so successful?”
What gives the top 10% of the population the edge to climb the ladder, become a leader and remain in the top 10%?
Does emotional intelligence really work?
Talking about emotions might not be of interest to you, but once you see the power that it brings, you’ll be ready to implement and apply this type of work into your leadership style.

Questions to consider:
What can you do today to get started?
What are two key relationships and how have your last 5 conversations gone with those people?
Productive?
Did you feel those conversation built your relationship?
Did the conversation diminish the relationship?
Make a note with how you’re feeling at the end of the day… Notice a trend over the span of a week, month, quarter and access the conversations you’ve had in the process.
All this helps you develop emotional intelligence.
