Hi, I’m Lynn! Welcome and I invite you to embark on a learning journey with me!

I specialize in coaching highly-driven executives and professionals. I leverage the framework of Emotional Intelligence to guide leaders and build a framework as they develop self-awareness, focus, and resilience.

I also assist in strategic thinking to help leaders develop their vision and establish tactical steps to achieve objectives and create a future for themselves and their organization

My professional clients struggle with “where should we go from here,” and I help them learn to strategically plan long-term goals, and how to improve their processes using new technology.

At the end of the day, you’ll have peace of mind and a plan for tomorrow that you can take to the organization and apply immediately. You’ll feel prepared to lead your organization to a successful future and will know exactly what to do next.

Because life is busy, you need an outside perspective willing to listen and to help you grow. With me as your trusted partner, you’ll feel confident in your ability to create a successful path to the future.

When you have a clear strategy, innovative ideas, and someone to brainstorm with, you can then create a concrete action plan that will be easy to follow. You’ll be able to connect the dots and manufacture your masterpiece.

I see the world a little bit different. I am always thinking of ways to see things from a new perspective.

I look for ways to incorporate innovative ideas into traditional business processes. Not just connecting the same old "dots," but adding new "dots" to consider on your journey.

Developing both new and experienced leaders.

Engaging and developing front-line leaders and employees.

Developing and implementing new transformations and improving existing processes.

I’m a tennis coach, and I also coach musicians. By what I ask, they get better.

It is not the answer that enlightens, but the question.

At the end of the day, the questions we ask of ourselves determine the type of people that we will become.

I have coached multiple Executives over 20 years to create dramatic improvements in the effectiveness of themselves and their teams.

Throughout my career, I have served by helping leaders, teams, and organizations to continuously improve their performance and effectiveness.

I have internally coached for over 10 years helping both leaders and professionals to take their effectiveness to higher levels.

I view my role to be the coach and consultant that will pose key questions that will enable clients and organizations to find new answers that will create the future they are seeking.

In helping with these explorations, I bring 30+ years of large organizational experience in applying timeless principles of leadership and performance improvement to our future world.

For example, how do build the strong relationships that have always been a success factor even when we live in such a “Twitter” world?

Most recently, I have been exploring how to enable successful “discontinuous” improvement. Those times when we must make the leap from the land-line phone to the smartphone. To be successful in this new world, we need to adopt new perspectives and frameworks for thinking.

I have been in love with and married almost 30 wonderful years to my wife, Mary Lee. We have three wonderful grown children, two of whom are married, with one tremendous grandchild.

I love to read, travel, and spend time with our extended family. My passion is reading and learning, but my children tease me about my hundreds of “business” books and articles.

An interesting side note:

I took the “Strengths Finder” assessment when it first came out and then took it again several years later. My top 5 strengths stayed the same.

They are:

  • Learner

  • Input

  • Ideation

  • Intellection

  • Futuristic

In the later groupings of strengths, that group of strengths left me solidly in the quadrant of strategic planning. That left me to consider that rather than being involved in process execution, I probably should be focusing on creating process innovation with people!
