How do you do the deep work? In other words, how do you really get important work done? Not sure or want to find out how, well, that is the focus of today’s episode of Leading the Factory Forward. 

Maybe you think you don't do deep work. Instead, you manage the action or you’ve got a factory to run. Learning to do focused or deep work applies to everyone, including factory leaders. You may have critical customer projects, new products or new processes that need to be developed and implemented; which requires focus. The upside of creating space for deep work is that you can create amazing results. Deep work can also help you lead and produce at an elite level.
